Insights — Events
The Insights → Events page is the workspace's analytics view — how the workspace's appointments break down by type, mode, manager, cancellation reason, peak hours, and retention. The page is one continuous report split into sections: Headline counters (totals
- averages over the period), Volume over time, By type, By visit mode, By manager, By cancel reason (using the workspace's cancellation-reasons list), Peak hours, Retention cohorts, Lead time, and Cancel lead time. Each section shows source-of-truth + update-frequency notes in its info tooltip — useful when comparing the numbers against expectations.

Changing the period
Use the period picker at the top:
- This week / Last week
- This month / Last month
- This quarter / Last quarter
- Custom — pick any from-to range.
Filtering by manager
The Manager dropdown next to the period picker scopes every section to a single operator. The default is "All managers" — pick a member to filter; the page re-renders with that operator's slice of the data.
