Petabyte alternative — WhatsApp reminders alongside a vet PMS

What Petabyte’s reminder stack actually covers

Petabyte ships native SMS and email reminders tied to its scheduling and recall records, which covers the basics for clinics whose clients mostly answer texts or check inbox. WhatsApp isn’t part of that native stack, though — and in LATAM, MENA, and SEA markets where WhatsApp is the default messaging app, a clinic relying only on SMS/email reminders sees materially lower response and confirmation rates than one that reaches clients on the channel they actually use.
