Setmore is a free-tier-generous appointment scheduler popular with solo practitioners. Zellbox adds WhatsApp reminders on top. The bridge is your Google Calendar.

- In Zellbox → Onboarding step 2 → connect the same Google Calendar.
- Every Setmore booking now lands on your calendar. Zellbox fires WhatsApp reminders automatically.
What Zellbox adds beyond Setmore’s built-in reminders
- WhatsApp channel — Setmore natively sends email + SMS reminders; WhatsApp isn’t in its stack. Zellbox layers a WhatsApp reminder on top without touching Setmore’s own notification settings.
- Signed consent PDFs for services requiring them. A client’s first reply captures a signed consent PDF automatically, so it’s on file before they walk in.
- Two-way replies — customer responses land in your Zellbox inbox. Staff can see and act on a “running late” or cancellation reply instead of it disappearing into an SMS thread no one monitors.
