Notion Calendar (formerly Cron, acquired by Notion in 2022) is a Google-Calendar-native scheduler. Zellbox adds WhatsApp reminders to any event created there.

- In Zellbox → Onboarding step 2 → connect the same Google Calendar.
- Every Notion Calendar event fires a WhatsApp reminder at 24 h and 2 h.

- WhatsApp reminders — Notion Calendar shows event notifications on your desktop; it doesn’t message clients. Zellbox closes that gap by sending the actual reminder to the client’s phone, on the channel they already check.
- Signed consent PDFs for advisory, coaching, or therapy sessions. The first reply from a new client captures a signed consent PDF automatically, so there’s no separate intake form to chase before the session.
- Two-way replies land in your Zellbox inbox. If a client texts back to confirm, cancel, or ask a question, that reply is visible to you immediately instead of vanishing into a one-way notification.
