Motion is the AI calendar for solo knowledge workers. Zellbox adds WhatsApp reminders on top for client-facing bookings — Motion’s clients don’t always check email.
How it works
- In Motion → Settings → Calendars → connect your Google Calendar.
- In Zellbox → Onboarding step 2 → connect the same Google Calendar.
- Every Motion event now appears on Google Calendar. Zellbox fires WhatsApp reminders at 24 h and 2 h.
What Zellbox adds
- WhatsApp channel — Motion is a personal-productivity tool with no client-facing reminders at all; it optimizes your own schedule, not communication with the people booking time on it.
- Signed consent PDFs for coaching, therapy, or advisory sessions — the signed PDF attaches to the customer record automatically, something a personal AI calendar was never built to handle.
- Two-way replies land in your Zellbox inbox — when a client replies to confirm or reschedule, the message shows up next to that client’s record instead of on your personal phone.
Why AI-scheduled events still need WhatsApp reminders
Reminders fire on the real slot, not the tentative one
Motion’s AI scheduler moves events around as priorities shift, but Zellbox only ever reads the Google Calendar entry that results — so a WhatsApp reminder always reflects the actual, current event time rather than an earlier tentative placement.
Who this matters for
Motion is built for solo knowledge workers managing their own time, not for client communication. Consultants, coaches, and advisors using Motion for client-facing bookings are the ones who benefit — Motion’s local notifications don’t reach the client, only you.
