What you lose (and don’t need) switching from Bitrix24

CRM pipeline features a single clinic won’t miss

Bitrix24’s core pitch is breadth: a sales pipeline with deal stages, telephony with call recording, task boards, an intranet, document management, and WhatsApp folded in as one channel among many. A single-location clinic or salon doesn’t run a sales pipeline — there’s no “deal” to move through stages, no cold-call telephony to log, no intranet to maintain. Configuring and maintaining that breadth (custom fields, pipeline stages, permission groups) is real ongoing work that a 1-10 person appointment-based team doesn’t get value from and usually never finishes setting up.

WhatsApp as a channel add-on vs. calendar-native reminders

In Bitrix24, WhatsApp is one inbox among several (email, telephony, live chat, social) routed into the same “Open Channels” system — it doesn’t know anything about your calendar unless you build that connection yourself with Bitrix24’s automation rules.
