If you’re comparing Odoo WhatsApp, you’ve likely also seen ERPNext, SAP Business One, or NetSuite. Odoo is a full ERP + CRM + accounting suite (open-source community edition + paid cloud). WhatsApp is a module in the Odoo ecosystem. Zellbox is a different product: appointment-driven small businesses that need WhatsApp reminders tied to a calendar, without an ERP implementation.
